Stepping Out Program is registered to provide for: People with a psychosocial disability where their disability may arise from a mental health issue. It can be severe, longstanding and impact on their recovery.
To provide trauma-sensitive services in a safe and respectful environment. Placing our participants at the centre, we aim to support them through their NDIS journey, build on their strengths and empower them to take effective steps towards recovery.
Assist-Life Stage, Transition
Includes short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community. Includes:
Development-Life Skills
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible.
Plan Management
Manage your NDIS funding and arrange payments to providers while assisting you to gain new skills in managing your supports.
Innovation Community Participation
Assist in resourcing mainstream activities that expand opportunities for the community participation. Additional activities not included under other community participation registration groups.
Participation Community
Assist with support to enable a participant to engage in community, social and/or recreational activities.
Accommodation/Tenancy Assistance
Support to guide or undertake activities to ensure you obtain/retain appropriate accommodation.
