History of the Service

Stepping Out Housing Program (SOHP) was established in 1987 to provide medium term accommodation and support to women and women with accompanying children who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The program focused on supporting the process of recovery and empowering survivors to achieve independence within their community.
